    摘要:

    为延长机械密封环的工作寿命,采用热丝化学气相沉积法在碳化硅陶瓷机械密封环工作表面涂覆具有耐磨减摩特性的、厚度30~50 μm微米金刚石(MCD)、纳米金刚石(NCD)和微纳米金刚石(MNCD)薄膜。分析结果表明:MCD薄膜的拉曼光谱具有明显的多晶金刚石特征峰,NCD和MNCD薄膜的拉曼光谱中出现了代表石墨和不定型碳的G峰和D峰。利用平面抛光实验,对比MCD、NCD和MNCD涂层机械密封环后续处理的抛光特性。实验结果表明:MNCD涂层抛光效率高且耐磨损性能优异,其综合使用性能优于MCD和NCD涂层,更适合涂覆在机械密封环表面,以增强其耐磨损性能。

    Abstract:

    In order to prolong the working life of mechanical seals,the micro crystalline diamond (MCD),nano crystalline diamond (NCD) and micro/nano crystalline diamond (MNCD) films with excellent wear resistance and low friction coefficient were deposited on the working faces of silicon carbide mechanical seals by chemical vapor deposition method.The results of Raman spectrum analysis show that the thickness of asdeposited MCD,NCD and MNCD films is all about 30~50 μm.The Raman spectrum of MCD film shows distinct peak of crystalline diamond,while the G and D peaks representing graphite and amorphous carbon are presented in the Raman spectra of NCD and MNCD films.The subsequent polishing properties of MCD,NCD and MNCD coated mechanical seals were comparatively studied by the plane polishing experiments.The experimental results indicate that the MNCD coating exhibits higher polishing efficiency and excellent wear resistance,showing better functional performance compared with the MCD and NCD films,which is more suitable to be deposited on the mechanical seals to improve their wear resistance.
