    摘要:

    为了提高和稳定铜基粉末冶金摩擦材料的摩擦因数和耐磨性,以B4C为摩擦组元,采用粉末冶金方法制备铜基摩擦材料,研究B4C的添加量对材料的摩擦磨损性能的影响规律。结果表明:随着B4C质量分数增加,铜基摩擦材料的密度降低,硬度增加;B4C颗粒能提高铜基摩擦材料的摩擦因数,同时随着B4C质量分数的增加,铜基摩擦材料的磨损量先减小后增大, B4C质量分数为6%时材料的耐磨性能最好;B4C颗粒的强化作用提高材料的变形抗力,烧结材料的硬度得到明显提高;B4C颗粒在摩擦过程中起到抵抗对磨偶件的表面犁削作用,提高了材料的耐磨性。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve and stabilize the friction coefficient and wear resistance of copper based powder metallurgy friction material,Copper matrix composite was fabricated by powder metallurgy method with B4C as friction component.The effects of B4C content on friction and wear properties of copper matrix composite were investigated.The results demonstrate that hardness of Cubased friction materials is increased and the density is decreased with the increasing of B4C weight content.The friction coefficient of the materials is increased and the wear extent is decreased firstly,and then increased with the increasing of B4C weight content.The Cubased friction materials with 6% weight content of B4C have the best mechanical and friction properties.The strengthening effect of B4C particles improves the deformation resistance of the materials,and the hardness of the sintered materials is improved.In the process of friction,B4C particles play a role in resisting the surface ploughing effect of coupled pair,and improve the wear resistance of the materials.
