    摘要:

    为提高磁流变泡沫金属阻尼器的阻尼力,基于ANSYS有限元仿真软件,以间隙中磁感应强度为优化目标,以活塞工作长度、直径及缸筒壁厚为优化参数,对泡沫金属磁流变阻尼器的各项参数进行优化。组建泡沫金属磁流变阻尼器剪切力测试系统,实验测试阻尼器优化前后的性能。结果表明,施加相同电流及同等剪切速率时,优化后的泡沫金属磁流变液阻尼器输出的阻尼力提高了146倍,优化效果明显。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the shear force of a new metal foam Magnetorheological (MR) fluid damper,based on finite element simulation software of ANSYS,the parameters of metal foam MR fluid damper were optimized by taking the magnetic field density in the shear gap as the optimal object,and taking the structural parameters of the damper including the piston working length and diameter,the cylinder wall thickness as the optimal parameters.The test device of shear force of the metal foam MR fluid damper was built,and the performance of the damper before and after optimization was compared.The result shows that the shear force of the damper after optimization is improved by 146 times,the effect of optimization of the structure parameters of the metal foam of MR fluid damper is obvious.
