    摘要:

    辅助轴承主要用于电磁轴承失效时的临时辅助支承,滚动轴承和滑动轴承是常用的辅助轴承,但滚动轴承存在承载能力低,滑动轴承存在摩擦较大和难以控制发热等问题。通过总结新型辅助轴承的研究现状,提出一种新型滚动-滑动一体式辅助轴承设计方案,并利用有限元方法及分析软件LSDYNA,对其承受冲击载荷及转子运行状态进行初步仿真研究。仿真结果表明:滚动滑动一体式辅助轴承相比普通滚动轴承能有效降低转子跌落期间高速转子对辅助轴承的冲击;在假设转子平衡状态下,初始转速对新型滚动滑动一体式辅助轴承跌落冲击力的影响不是很大,对跌落反弹高度影响较大;静摩擦因数对转子跌落运动状态和转子跌落最大冲击力影响较小。

    Abstract:

    Auxiliary bearing are mainly used for the temporary auxiliary support during the failure of the magnetic bearings,which are mainly divided into two categories,the rolling bearings and the plain bearings.However,the rolling bearings have a smaller load capacity because of the point contact between the ball and the ring,while plain bearings have a large friction and friction heat.The current research status of the auxiliary bearings was simply summarized,the rollingsliding integrated auxiliary bearing was proposed.The impact force and the axial displacement during rotor drop in the auxiliary bearing were preliminarily simulated by using the finite element analysis software LSDYNA.The simulation results show that,compared with ordinary rolling bearings,the rollingsliding integrated auxiliary bearings can effectively reduce the impact between high speed rotor and the auxiliary bearing during the drop down.Assuming that the rotor is balanced,the initial speed has a little influence on the impact force,but it has a great influence on the drop rebound height.The static friction coefficient has less influence on the rotor drop motion and the maximum impact force.
