Abstract:Based on the single factor and orthogonal experiment methods,the experimental scheme of the friction and wear of rod bushing was designed,and the effect of load,speed and fitting clearance on bushing wear was studied a piston pinconnecting rod bushing reciprocating friction and wear test machine.By means of variance analysis and response surface analysis,the influence of machining parameters on the wear rate was studied,the process parameters were optimized,and the prediction model of wear volume was established.The results show that the influence on the wear rate of bushing in turn is speed,fitting clearance and load.The interaction between the load and the clearance has significant influence on the wear rate of bushing.In response to the optimization of bushing wear,the result is that the load is 110 kN,the speed is 230 r/min,the fitting clearance is 0.14 mm,the wear amount of the connecting rod bushing is the smallest,which is 5.4 μm
