Abstract:A set of Venturi tube injection purification device of diesel exhaust.In order to reduce the friction resistance of the Venturi tube,and reduce the influence on engine power and fuel consumption,the Fluent was used to simulate the Venturi tube pressure distribution,analyze the exhaust resistance,and optimize the entrance and outlet angle of Venturi tube.The analysis result shows that when the entrance and outlet angle is all 11°,the designed Venturi tube posses the minimum exhaust resistance.The influence of the optimized Venturi tube on the fuel consumption and power of diesel engine was studied by tests at different speeds.The results show that the injection device has good suction performance,and has little influence on the diesel engine power and fuel consumption.The average power of the diesel engine is decreased by 09% and the average fuel consumption is increased by 12%.
