    摘要:

    以6-氨基己酸与二乙烯三胺(DETA)、三乙烯四胺(TETA)和四乙烯五胺(TEPA)为原料,分别合成3种水溶性咪唑啉类衍生物。通过MMW1B立式万能摩擦磨损试验机检测3种衍生物作为水基润滑剂对YG8硬质合金的摩擦学性能,利用SEM考察YG8钢球的磨损表面形貌,并用vk9700激光共聚焦显微镜、EDS和XPS分别对对YG8钢球磨斑进行3D测试、元素分布分析和化学成分分析。结果表明:所合成的3种添加剂都具有很好的承载能力、水溶性和减摩、抗磨性能,并且以TEPA链的添加剂的抗磨效果最好,TETA链的添加剂的减摩性能最好;在摩擦过程中,添加剂在YG8钢球表面发生物理、化学吸附,形成一层有机氮保护膜,其中高含氮量比低含氮量咪唑啉添加剂的磨损表面更加光滑,减摩和抗磨性能最好。

    Abstract:

    Three kinds of water soluble imidazoline derivatives were synthesized with 6Aminocaproic acid and DETA,TETA,TEPA,and their tribological performance as waterbased lubricants of YG8 cemented carbide was investigated on the MMW1B Type of friction and wear tester.Surface wear morphology,3D morphology,elemental distribution and the chemical composition of the YG8 ball surface were analyzed by using Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM),vk9700,EDS and XPS separately.Results indicate that three kinds of additives have good water solubility and excellent extreme pressure and antiwear performances.The additive with TEPA chain has the best wear resistance,and the additive with TETA chain has the best friction reducing performance.The organic N compisite films are formed on the YG8 ball surface because of the physical and chemical adsorption of the three additives during the process of friction,which can prevent the wear and oxidation of the steel ball.High nitrogen containing imidazoline has the best tribological properties.
