Abstract:Aimed at the need of the study on the comprehensive effect of marine equipment corrosion,a comprehensive wear test table was designed based on multiphase flow.The data collecting system of the test table was developed.The data collecting system includes upper computer system,SCM Measurement and control system,electrochemical corrosion testing system,RS232 and sensor system,which can realize the automatic data acquisition and processing and the characteristic curve drawing.The comprehensive wear test was done on the Q235,45 steel and 304 stainless steel specimens,and the six main state parameters were measured realtime.Results show that the data collecting system can adjust experimental parameters,collect and save data easily.The experimental state can be displayed and monitored intuitively by this system,and the failure can be reported immediately.This system improves the realtime,accuracy and reliability of the data collecting of comprehensive wear test table effectively,which provides a new method for monitoring the state parameters of similar experimental system.
