Abstract:In order to improve the motion accuracy of cam indexer,the model of wear power was established between the cam roller and the taper support flank after analyzing the motion structural principle in the lubrication process.Through studying the boundary lubrication between the cam roller and the surface of taper support flank,the mathematical model about the minimum film thickness of boundary lubrication was established.The effects of oil film formation were explored among the velocity,the temperature and the viscosity of boundary lubrication.The strategy was put forward to keep the good lubricating environment of cam indexer,and ensure the formation of boundary lubricant film.
