Abstract:Aimed at the problems of damage and leakage of reciprocating skeleton oil seal,through reasonable assumption,simplified parts and equivalent force simulation,the finite element model of reciprocating skeleton oil seal was established based on the ABAQUS by using the control variable method.The effects of the initial interference quantity,reciprocating movement speed,friction coefficient and fluid pressure on the seal performance of reciprocating skeleton oil were analyzed.The analysis results show that the equivalent stress of the reciprocating skeleton oil seal is increased with the increase of the initial interference quantity,which will increase the damage of the lip of reciprocating skeleton oil seal and affect the sealing performance.The equivalent stress in the entry and exit of reciprocating skeleton oil is increased with the increase of reciprocating speed,and in general,the equivalent stress in the entry is greater than that in the exit.The equivalent stress and the contact pressure are increased with the increase of friction coefficient,while the growth trend of the former is more obvious than that of the latter.The equivalent stress and the contact pressure are also increased with the increase of fluid pressure,while the change trend in the exit is more obvious than that in the entry.
