    摘要:

    为解决湿式轮缘润滑法承载能力差、污染环境等问题,以热固性树脂和润滑剂MoS2为主要原料,采用模压方法制备2种热固性固体轮缘润滑材料;利用M200型摩擦实验机考察其摩擦磨损性能,利用X射线衍射、红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜等手段分析材料的物相成分、组织结构以及磨损后表面形貌和成分等,并分析材料的润滑和磨耗机制。结果表明:制备的2种热固性润滑材料中,含摩擦改性剂的1号润滑材料的力学性能优于不含摩擦改性剂的2号润滑材料,并且其在摩擦过程中形成了均匀连续的转移膜,因摩擦因数低而稳定,磨损率也较低。摩擦改性剂的加入促进了热固性树脂的固化以及润滑剂在热固性树脂中的分散,使得材料的力学性能更优;摩擦改性剂与润滑剂MoS2起协同作用,促进了均匀转移膜的生成,进而提高了固体润滑材料承载力和耐磨性。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the problems of poor bearing capacity and pollution environment of wet flange lubrication method,two kinds of thermosetting flange lubricating materials were prepared with thermosetting resin and lubricant MoS2 as the main raw materials by the method of molding pressing.The friction and wear properties of the lubricating materials were investigated by M200 friction tester.The structure,composition,worn surface morphology and element composition of the materials were analyzed by Xray Diffraction,Infrared Spectroscopy and Scanning Electron Microscopy.The mechanism of lubrication and wear of the materials was analyzed and discussed.The results show that,for the two kinds of thermosetting lubricating materials,the No1 lubricating material containing the friction modifier has better mechanical properties than the No2 lubricating material without the friction modifier.During the friction process,the No.1 lubricating material can form uniform and continuous transfer film on the friction surface,and the friction coefficient is low and stable,the wear rate is also lower.The friction modifier promotes the curing of the thermosetting resin and the dispersion of the lubricant in the thermosetting resin,which improves the mechanical properties of the material.The synergistic effect of the friction modifier and MoS2 promotes the formation of uniform transfer film,which improves the bearing capacity and wear resistance of the solid lubricating material.
