Abstract:In order to improve the service life of the brake disc of high speed train,the brake structure composed of cylindrical brake blocks is optimized by the structure factor based on the real size of brake disc and brake pads of high speed train.By analyzing the temperature field of the model of nonoptimized and optimized brake disc and brake pads of high speed train,the distributions of temperature of nonoptimized and optimized brake disc and brake pads are obtained.The results show that the highest temperature of brake disc is decreased by optimized brake pads,and the uniformity degree of temperature of brake disc and brake pads along the radial distribution is improved.The distribution trend of the temperature field can be characterized by the structure factors of the brake disc,then the distribution trend of the temperature field of the brake disc and the brake pads can be optimized by optimizing the structure factors of the cylindrical brake pads.
