    摘要:

    为了提高封隔器的密封性能,设计一种沿径向对称的梯形隔环和槽形胶筒组构成的新型密封结构,运用有限元分析方法模拟封隔器的工作状况,分析梯形隔环结构特性参数对封隔器密封性能影响,获得不同梯形隔环结构参数下封隔器胶筒组与套管壁间接触应力分布规律,并对新型密封结构进行优化。结果表明:新型密封结构选择梯形隔环中心线距离隔环端面距离10 mm、梯形隔环下底高9 mm、梯形隔环上底高8 mm,梯形隔环高度9 mm的特性参数时,其最大接触应力比常规密封结构提高了约84%。新型密封结构的胶筒组与套管壁的接触应力比常规封隔器有显著提高,提高封隔器的密封性能。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the sealing performance of the packer,a new type of sealing structure was designed,which consisted of a radial symmetrical trapezoid spacer and a grooved rubber.The working condition of the packer was simulate by the finite element analysis method to analyze the influence of the characteristic parameters of ladder shaped spacer ring on the sealing performance of packer.The distribution rule of contact stress between rubber and casing wall with different characteristic parameters of ladder shaped spacer ring was obtained,and the structural parameters of the new seal structure were optimized.The results show that the maximum contact stress of the new sealing structure improved by 84% compared than the conventional sealing structure,when the distance between the center of the ladder ring and the end face of the spacer ring is 10 mm,the height of the bottom of trapezoid spacer ring is 9 mm,the height of the top of the ladder ring is 8 mm,the trapezoidal spacer height is 9 mm.The contact stress between the rubber and the casing wall of the new sealing structure is significantly higher than that of the conventional packer,and the sealing performance of the packer is improved.
