Abstract:To test the applicability of the fluorine rubber seal ring in the hydraulic drive system of the hydropneumatic spring of an armored vehicle, the compatibility of fluorine rubber seal ring with common hydraulic oils, including No.46 antifriction fluid,No.10 aviation hydraulic oil and No.4609 damping fluid was analyzed by reference to the standard of GB/T1690-2010.The results show that volume change rates of fluorine rubber sealing rings in three kinds of hydraulic oils and their mixed oils are negative, and the maximum volume shrinkage is greater than 4%,which is beyond the requirements of standard of GB/T14832-2008.The fluorine rubber is not suitable for three kinds of hydraulic oils used for hydropneumatic spring,it is suggested to replace the fluorine rubber material with nitrile rubber material.
