    摘要:

    风机用齿轮油中的含磷添加剂主要起到极压、抗磨作用,磷添加剂含量的变化趋势直接反应出齿轮油的老化程度。采用Spectro油料光谱分析仪测试大量在用齿轮油的磷含量,利用概率数理统计方法以及磷含量变化一元回归方程,建立磷添加剂含量的监测阈值。在大样本数据的基础上建立的磷添加剂含量阈值,可用于判断风机齿轮油的老化程度,为风机齿轮油更换提供参考依据。

    Abstract:

    The phosphorus additive in the gear oils of wind turbine mainly plays the role of extreme pressure and antiwear.The trend of phosphorus content directly reflects the aging degree of gear oils.The Spectro oil spectrum analyzer was used to measure the content of phosphorus additive in the used gear oils.The monitoring limited value of phosphorus content was established by using probability and statistics theory and the regression equation of phosphorus content.The monitoring limited value of phosphorus content established based on a large amount of samples can be used to determine the aging degree of gear oils,which also provides a reference for the gear oil replacement of wind turbine.
