    摘要:

    采用声发射技术监测单颗金刚石磨粒划擦Ta12W,提取磨粒磨损过程中的声发射时域信号并进行功率谱分析,建立磨损过程声发射时间序列AR模型。研究结果表明:金刚石磨粒的磨损随工件材料去除体积的增加呈阶段性变化,磨损的加剧使声发射时域信号振幅和功率谱主频峰值随之增加,主频段由高频向低频趋近。磨粒的磨损与声发射特征参数值和AR模型参数值分别呈线性正效应和负效应关系,声发射信号的AR模型能较好地实时映射金刚石磨粒的磨损特性。

    Abstract:

    The mechanical wear of abrasive diamond grit was investigated during scratching on Ta12W with acoustic emission (AE).The AE timedomain signals of wear progression for diamond grit were captured to analyze the characteristics of power spectrum.Meanwhile,the time series AR models of the wear progression were built.Experimental results show that the wear of single diamond grit is stage variation with the increasing of workpiece removal volume.With the increasing of diamond grit wear,the amplitude of timedomain signals is increased and the main peak frequency is transformed from high frequency to low frequency.Besides,the peak frequency of power spectrum is also increased.The diamond grit wear and the characteristics parameters of AE are appeared to be linear effect relationship;however,there is a negative linear relationship with the parameters of AR model.There is a well mapping relationship between the diamond grit wear and the AR model of AE signals.
