    摘要:

    通过对液压缸活塞唇边构建端面受压力的悬臂梁物理模型,应用纵横弯曲理论分别推导出无槽和带槽唇边活塞的唇边变形量数学模型,并通过实例计算2种活塞的唇边径向变形量;利用有限元分析软件仿真分析2种活塞在不工作压力下的唇边变形规律,同时搭建液压缸测试系统平台测量采用2种活塞的液压缸在不同工作压力下的内泄漏量。研究结果表明:无槽唇边活塞的唇边变形近似呈喇叭形,最大变形量出现在唇边端部处,带槽唇边活塞的变形近似呈腰鼓形,最大变形量出现在均压槽处且靠近唇边端部的一侧;在相同工作压力下,带槽唇边活塞较无槽唇边活塞的变形量更大,密封性能更好。仿真分析结果和实验结果均验证了所建数学模型的正确性。

    Abstract:

    Based on the physical model of the cantilever beam subjected to the pressure of the piston lip of hydraulic cylinder,the mathematical models of the deformation of the piston lips with and without groove were deduced by the vertical and horizontal bending theory.The radial deformation of the lips of two kinds of pistons was calculated by an example.The finite element analysis software was used to simulate the deformation law of the lips of two kinds of pistons under different working pressure,and the hydraulic cylinder test system platform was used to measure the internal leakage of the hydraulic cylinders assembled the pistons with and without a grooved lip.The results show that the lip deformation of the piston without a grooved lip is approximately flared,and the maximum deformation occurs at the end of the lip.The lip deformation of the piston with a grooved lip is approximate the form of waist drum,the maximum deformation occurs at the side of the equalpressure groove and near the end of the lip.Under the same working pressure,the piston with a grooved lip has greater deformation than the piston without a grooved lip,which has superior sealing property.The correctness of the mathematical model was confirmed by the results of simulation analysis and experiment.
