    摘要:

    利用 Pumplinx软件,对高速动车组驱动齿轮箱内齿轮啮合过程中润滑油分布规律和齿轮箱内部压力场变化规律进行数值分析。使用RNG k-ε湍流模型和动网格模型建立基于流固耦合理论的齿轮箱内部流场的VOF两相流模型,对其进行数值模拟,并对关键节点压力进行监测,对比分析不同齿轮参数对箱体内部流场的影响。结果表明:在齿轮啮合区与从动齿轮左下方有漩涡出现;在啮合区的出口处压力有较大波动,稳定时啮入点压力在正压范围内波动,啮出点压力在负压范围内波动,通气孔处压力波动较大且无规律可寻;齿轮转速越快、齿轮越宽,箱体内部压力波动越大,合理降低转速和齿宽,有利于实现内部流场压力的均匀分布。通过数值仿真和监测关键位置可以得到齿轮箱内部流场的两相流分布和压力场变化规律,可为齿轮箱结构的合理设计与润滑油的合理配置提供的理论依据。

    Abstract:

    The lubricating oil distribution and the internal pressure variation during gear engagement in the highspeed train unit gearbox were analyzed by Pumplinx software.The VOF twophase flow model based on fluidstructure interaction theory was established by using RNG k-ε turbulence model and moving mesh model.The flow field was simulated and the pressure of key positions was monitored.The effect of different gear parameters on the gearbox internal flow filed was analyzed.The results show that the vortex phenomenon appears in the gear engagement area and lower left of driven gear.The engagement inlet zone has the positive pressure fluctuation and the outlet zone has the negative pressure fluctuation,and the pressure fluctuation of the outlet zone is stronger than that of the inlet zone.The vent hole pressure fluctuation is strong and irregular.The gearbox pressure fluctuation is stronger when increasing the gear speed and the tooth width.It is conducive to obtain a uniform distribution of pressure in internal flow field through reducing the speed and tooth width reasonably.The distribution of the gearbox internal twophase flow and the variation law of pressure field can be obtained by simulation analyzing and monitoring the key positions,which can provide theoretical basis for rational design of gear box structure and rational allocation of lubricating oil.
