Abstract:Rebound frictional characteristics of fluororubber Orings under reciprocating motion were studied experimentally at low sealing pressure.The fretting frictional force between fluorousrubber Orings and stainless steel 2Cr13 was measured by Oring reciprocating friction and wear test bench.The influence of motion displacement,compression ratio and sealing pressure on the rebound frictional force of the fluorousrubber Orings was analyzed.The results show that,under compression ratio changing from 6% to 15%,the rebound friction force of the fluorousrubber Orings is inceased linearly with the increasing of motion displacement in the range of 1 mm reciprocating motion.After the motion displacement is larger than 1 mm,the rebound frictional force keeps stable and no longer increases with the increasing of displacement.The frictional force is increased with the increasing of compression ratio and sealing pressure.
