    摘要:

    螺栓法兰接头除受管道内压外,还承受外弯矩的作用,且外弯矩导致的变形及转角通常是直接导致法兰接头密封失效的主要原因。为研究外弯矩作用下双楔角环垫法兰接头的密封性能,以某轻量化双楔角环垫法兰接头为研究对象,利用ABAQUS有限元软件建立其有限元模型,分析在外弯矩作用下该轻量化双楔角环垫法兰接头的密封性能。结果表明:弯矩的作用使垫片应力在周向分布不均匀;随着弯矩增加,主、从密封面的最大接触应力也随之增大,环垫主面有效密封宽度明显增加,从面有效密封宽度先小幅下降后增大;随着弯矩的增大,法兰转角也有所增大,轻量化法兰最大偏转角度约为0005°,远低于ASME规范中要求的03°。根据JB 4732对该轻量化双楔角环垫法兰进行应力强度评定,证明其满足使用条件。

    Abstract:

    Bolted flange joints are subjected to external bending moments in addition to the internal pressure in the pipeline,and the deformation and cornering caused by external bending moments are usually the main cause of the sealing failure of the flange joints.In order to study the sealing performance of the double wedge wedge flange joint under the action of the external bending moment,the ABAQUS was utilized to calculate the sealing performance of lightly double wedge angle ring gasket joint under the bending moment.The results show that the stress of the gasket is unevenly distributed in the circumferential direction by the action of the bending moment.With the increasing of the bending moment,the maximum contact stress of the masterslave sealing surfaces is increased,the effective sealing width of master surface is obviously increased,and the effective sealing width of slave surface is firstly decreased slightly and then increased.With the increasing of bending moment,the angle of the flange is also increased,the maximum deflection angle is about 0.005 degrees,it was lower than the 03 degrees required in ASME standard criteria.According to the JB4732,the lightly double wedge angle ring gasket joints are safety under the service conditions.
