Abstract:A scaling model of 1∶13 for the Cring of reactor pressure vessel was established,and simulation analysis on scaling model was carried out by considering the spring wire spiral effect,elastoplastic,large deformation,and contact multiple nonlinear and coupling effects.The compressionrebound sealing behavior curve of scaling model,effective rebound and total rebound were obtained.The calculated results of the scaling model are in good agreement with the measured results,which verify the rationality of the analysis method and calculation model.The simulation analysis method of actual Cring was presented,and the compressionrebound sealing behavior parameters and curve were obtained.The performances of actual Cring are closed to the scaling model.It provides a basis for the research on sealing characteristics and engineering application of the actual Cring.
