    摘要:

    为研究高温下金属部件中的铁对航空润滑油高温氧化的影响,用高温氧化釜分别模拟50-1-4Ф航空润滑油在含铁片和不含铁片情况下的高温氧化过程,观察油样的颜色、黏度、酸值的变化,用压力差示扫描量热法测量其氧化诱导期。结果表明,高温氧化对50-1-4Ф航空润滑油高温黏度影响较小,对低温黏度、酸值和氧化诱导期影响明显;铁对该航空润滑油的酸值和氧化诱导期影响较大,含铁的油样酸值和氧化诱导期的变化幅度是不含铁油样的数倍;铁在较高的氧化温度下(250、300 ℃)对黏度影响明显,但在较低的氧化温度下(180、200 ℃)对黏度影响小。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the effect of iron in metal parts on high temperature oxidation of the aviation lubricating oil,the oxidation process of 50-1-4Ф aviation lubricating oil was stimulated by using the high temperature thermal oxidation accelerating device under the condition of containing iron or no iron.The change of the oil samples’ color,viscosity and acid value was observed,and the oxidation induction time of the samples was measured by PDSC.The results show that high temperature oxidation has little influence on the high temperature viscosity of 50-1-4Ф aviation lubricating oil,but has obvious influence on the low temperature viscosity,acid value and oxidation induction time of 50-1-4Ф aviation lubricating oil.Iron has a great influence on the acid value and oxidation induction time of the aviation lubricating oil,and the variation of acid value and oxidation induction time of the oil samples with iron is several times that of the oil samples without iron.Iron has obvious influence on viscosity at higher oxidation temperature (250 ℃,300 ℃),but little influence at lower temperature (180 ℃,200 ℃).
