In order to scientifically determine the weight of the evaluation index of the deceleration gearbox status,the modified AHP method and the entropy method were applied to subjective and objective empowerment of evaluation index by using the combining weight method based on game theory.Then the integrated method of game theory was adapted to integrate subjective and objective weights,and the comprehensive weight of each index was obtained.By using different degradation value to quantitatively describe the deceleration gearbox status,a comprehensive evaluation model for gearbox running state was developed.The evaluation model was used for the fault analysis of the gearbox of unit YR-7004 in a petrochemical company.It was proved that this method can effectively realize the comprehensive evaluation of the operation condition of the gearbox,and provide a theoretical basis for conditionbased maintenance.
