    采用不同质量分数的NaOH处理的竹纤维填充聚甲醛(POM),通过双螺杆挤出机造粒然后注塑制备一系列POM复合材料试样,并考察其摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:质量分数10%NaOH碱液对竹纤维除杂效果最佳,处理后竹纤维极性降低,纤维润湿性提高,从而改善了与POM的相容性;随着NaOH质量分数的增加,竹纤维填充复合材料的摩擦因数稳定提高,磨损率总体降低,其中质量分数125% NaOH处理的竹纤维填充POM复合材料的干滑动摩擦因数为015,磨损率相比纯POM下降446%。通过对不同摩擦副磨损表面的SEM分析,探讨其磨损机制。结果表明:纯POM表面留下了很深的磨损沟槽,表面破损严重,而竹纤维改性后的复合材料表面没有出现明显的沟槽和划痕,而是产生了微弱的剥离裂纹和零散的颗粒,表现为疲劳磨损。

    Abstract:

    Bamboo fibers(BF) treated by different concentration of NaOH and Polyformadehyde (POM) were employed to prepare composites via twinscrew extrusion.A series of POM composites were produced by injection moulding. Results show that the friction coefficient of composites filled with 125% NaOH treated BF is 015 and its wear rate is decreased by 446% compared with pure POM under drysliding. The worn surface of different friction pairs was observed by scanning electron microscope to analyze the wear mechanism. It is found tht some worn grooves occurr on pure POM surface,while the worn surface of POM composites filled with bamboo fibers has no worn groove,but the fatigue wear occurrs.
