    摘要:

    对某型电控单体泵挺柱体组件的润滑方式进行了分析,针对其润滑结构存在的润滑油流量不足且分布不均的问题,通过增加进油孔和泄油槽对其结构型式进行了改进。仿真结果表明,改进后的润滑结构显著增大了挺柱体环形缝隙的润滑油流量以及滚轮-凸轮运动副的润滑油流量,使挺柱体组件的润滑油分布更加合理。100 h全速全负荷可靠性考核试验结果表明,改进后的润滑结构改善了挺柱体组件的润滑效果,使电控单体泵系统可靠性得到明显提高。

    Abstract:

    Lubrication situation of the tappet assembly of an electronic unit pump was analyzed.According to the defect of low mass flow rate and asymmetric distribution of lubricating oil in current structure of lubrication,the configuration of the tappet assembly was improved by adding inlet orifice and drain hole.The simulation result shows that the improved lubrication structure significantly increases the oil flow rate in the annular gap of the tappet assembly and between the rollercam pairs,which makes the distribution of the oil in the tappet assembly more reasonable.Full speed and full load reliability test results of 100 h validates that the lubrication effect of the tappet assembly is improved,and the reliability of the electronic unit pump system is improved obviously.
