Abstract:Friction wear test and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were synthesized to evaluate the comprehensive friction performance of high density polyethylene with Guaiacum of 05%,1% and 3% in weight.The friction coefficient,wear rate,the stability of friction coefficient and the specific conditions of trials were combined to build a comprehensive evaluation model,and the weights of the indexes in the model was calculated through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Combined with the test data,the comprehensive evaluation index of the friction performance of each material was calculated.The results show that the comprehensive evaluation index of the complex material with Guaiacum of 05% in weight is the least,it can be concluded that this high density polyethylene complex material has the best friction performance.The conclusion is consistent with the conclusions drawn by the relevant literature which verifies the feasibility of the method.
