    摘要:

    为研究不同强度磁场作用下45#钢自配副的磨损机制及磁场强度与磨损率的关系,在不同强度磁场作用下进行45钢自配副的销、盘干摩擦试验,分析销试样的磨损性能及其磨损面的形貌、化学成分。结果表明:随着磁场强度增加,销试样磨损率经历快速减小、缓慢减小和基本稳定3个连续变化阶段,使其由严重磨损转变为轻微磨损的临界磁场强度约为174×103A/m;无磁场作用时,销试样磨损面存在犁沟,45钢/45钢的磨损类型为磨粒磨损;随着磁场强度的增加,销试样磨损面发生氧化并生成了Fe2O3,摩擦过程中氧化物剥落形成凹坑,45钢/45钢的磨损类型主要为氧化磨损;磁场增加使销试样磨损面更加光滑。可以得出:一定强度的磁场使45钢自配副摩擦过程由磨粒磨损转变为氧化磨损,而氧化磨损类型对应45钢自配副的轻微磨损。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the wear mechanism and the relationship between magnetic field strength and wear rate during sable dry friction between 45 steel and 45 steel under the various magnetic field strength,the dry friction tests with 45 steel as pin and disk were conducted under the various magnetic field strength.The wear properties and both the appearance and chemical composition of the worn surface were analyzed.The results reveal that the wear rate of pin sample undergoes three successive variation stages of rapid reduction,slow reduction and slight stabilization with the increase of magnetic field strength.The critical value of magnetic field strength that the pin sample changes from severe wear to slight wear is approximately 17.4×103 A/m.In the absence of magnetic field,there was a large amount of plows on the worn surface of the pin sample,and the abrasive wear is dominating.With the increase of magnetic field strength,the worn surface of pin sample is oxidized and Fe2O3 is formed on the surface,the pits come into being during friction owing to the peeling off of the oxide,and the wear type between 45 steel and 45 steel is mainly oxidative wear.The worn surface of the pin sample becomes more smooth with the increase of magnetic field strength.It can be concluded that the transformation from the abrasive wear to the oxidative wear occurs under a certain magnetic field strength and the oxidation wear mode corresponds to the mild wear between selfmatching pairs of 45 steel.
