    摘要:

    针对机械系统中多间隙铰接副等的磨损寿命设计优化问题,结合Kriging代理模型和序列二次优化算法实现机械系统中多个间隙铰接副磨损预测和等磨损寿命设计。基于磨损与机构动力学耦合计算方法,引入Kriging代理模型,构建了“设计变量-拉丁方试验设计-代理模型-设计优化”的集成化自动分析流程,并以Matlab工具箱和自编优化设计程序开发了计算程序。通过曲柄滑块机构中2个间隙铰接副磨损优化分析和试验对比,结果表明,基于代理模型的铰接副磨损优化结果只有47%的偏差,可在保持较高精度的前提下大幅提高计算效率,为机构多铰接副等磨损寿命设计提供工具。

    Abstract:

    An optimal design model of wear for multiple clearance revolute joints in the mechanical system was presented based on Kriging surrogate model and sequence quadratic optimization.Incorporating the coupling theory between wear and mechanical dynamics,an automatic design process of “design parametersLatin hypercube sampling methodsurrogate modeloptimization” was proposed.A calculation tools was developed with Matlab software and optimal design code.The optimal programme was applied to the design of a slidercrank mechanism for attaining the maximum allowable wear depth of two joints simultaneously.Contrastive analysis between optimal results and test data indicate that the optimization method based on Kriging model can get higher accuracy with the maximum error of 4.7% but obtain less computational cost and demonstrates as tribological optimal design method for clearance joints of mechanical system.
