    摘要:

    分析润滑油漆膜形成机制和危害,介绍电荷吸附过滤与交换树脂相结合的漆膜清除方法及其原理,并介绍采用该原理的滤油机在海上平台燃气轮机润滑油漆膜预防中的应用。应用结果表明,电荷吸附过滤与交换树脂相结合的清除漆膜方法及其滤油设备,可将漆膜倾向指标检测不合格的润滑油恢复到合格范围内,并能改善和消除因漆膜造成的润滑油系统不稳定现象;该方法及设备对提高油液清洁度及去除细小污染物亦有良好效果。

    Abstract:

    The forming mechanism and hazards of lubricating oil varnish were analyzed.The principle of varnish removal by the combination of charge adsorption filtration and exchange resin was introduced.The oil filter based on this principle was applied on the varnish removal of the gas turbine lubricating oil of offshore platform.The result shows that the varnish removal method and oil filter equipment of charge adsorption filtration and exchange resin can recover the unqualified lubricating oil tested by MPC to the qualified range,can improve and eliminate the instability of lubricating oil system caused by varnish.The method and the equipment have good effect on improving the cleanliness of the oil and removing the fine pollutants.
