    摘要:

    为选择合适的切削刀具以节约生产成本,采用有限元方法,在不同工况下分别对普通刀具和表面织构CBN刀具切削AISI4340材料的过程进行仿真,研究不同摩擦因数下普通刀具和表面织构刀具的切削性能,得到不同摩擦因数下切削力、切削温度和应力场分布规律。结果表明:随着摩擦因数的增大,普通刀具和表面织构刀具切削时的切削温度、所受的应力和切削力均呈增大的趋势,但相对普通刀具而言,在摩擦因数增大到一定程度时,表面织构刀具的温度、所受的应力应变上升有所减缓,有利于延长刀具的使用寿命。研究表明:当切削过程的摩擦因数低于03时,可采用普通刀具节约生产成本;当摩擦因数增大到03以上时,织构刀具的温度、切削力和应力分布相比普通刀具有明显优势,采用织构刀具可延长刀具的使用寿命。

    Abstract:

    In order to select suitable cutting tools to save production costs,the cutting process of AISI4340 material by common CBN tools and surface textured CBN tools under different working conditions was simulated by finite element method.The cutting performances of common tools and surface textured tools under different friction coefficient were studied,and the distribution of cutting force,cutting temperature and stress field under different friction coefficient were obtained.The results show that the temperature and stress and strain of common tools and surface textured tools are increased with the increasing of the friction coefficient.However,when the friction coefficient increases to a certain degree,the rise of temperature,the stress and strain of the surface textured tools will be slowed down compared with the common tools,which is beneficial to prolong the service life of the tools.The conclusion can be drawn that when the friction coefficient of cutting process is less than 03,common tools can be used to save production costs.When the friction coefficient increases above 03,the temperature,cutting force and stress distribution of the textured tool has obvious advantages over that of the common tool.The service life of the tool can be prolonged by using the textured tool.
