    摘要:

    摩擦状态是影响机械制动器制动性能的本质原因,为准确监测机械制动器的实时摩擦状态,以PLC、数据采集卡2种常用的信号采集硬件为基础,通过分析状态量、合理分配通道、科学编制程序等措施,分别构建基于数据采集卡PCI通讯、PLC的PPI通讯和自由口通讯的制动器摩擦状态监测系统,探讨各自的适用性及特点,并对连续制动工况下的摩擦温升、摩擦转矩、制动压力等摩擦状态参数进行监测与分析。结果表明:基于PLC自由口通讯的摩擦状态监测系统可准确捕捉制动过程中的摩擦温升、摩擦转矩、制动压力等摩擦状态信息,可实现对制动器摩擦状态的准确监测。

    Abstract:

    The friction state is the essential reason to influence brake performance of mechanical brakes.In order to monitor the friction state in real time of the mechanical brakes,three friction state monitoring systems based on PCI,PPI and free port were established respectively,by selecting two common signal acquisition hardware,namely the PLC and data acquisition card as hardwares,and based on the measurements of analyzing the state variables,arranging the signal channel reasonably and scientific programming.The applicability and characteristics of three friction state monitoring systems were discussed.The monitoring experiments of friction state were carried out under continuous braking condition,the friction state parameters of friction temperature rise,friction torque and brake pressure were monitored and analyzed by the friction state monitoring systems.It is indicated that the monitoring system based on PLC’s free port can accurately caught the information of friction state,including friction temperature rise,friction torque and brake pressure,which can realize the accurate monitoring of friction state.
