    摘要:

    为研究定子衬套材料氢化丁腈橡胶力学性能,设计氢化丁腈橡胶的热老化试验,基于试验数据进行MooneyRivlin和Yeoh本构模型参数的拟合,并评价2种本构模型的拟合精度;建立螺杆电动机定子衬套有限元模型,分析不同井深下定子内腔位移变化规律。结果表明:相比MooneyRivlin模型,Yeoh模型能更真实地反映氢化丁腈橡胶的力学特性;不考虑老化时的定子内腔位移比考虑老化时的位移要大,并且随着温度的增加其差值增大,因此在仿真分析时应考虑老化因素的影响;不同井深下等壁厚定子位移幅值远小于常规定子,因此等壁厚定子可用较小过盈量满足密封要求,从而可降低定子衬套磨损,并提高单级承压能力。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the mechanical properties of hydrogenated nitrile rubber used as stator bushing material,the heat aging test of hydrogenated nitrile rubber was designed.The parameters of MooneyRivlin and Yeoh constitutive models were fitted based on the experimental data,and the fitting accuracy of two constitutive models was evaluated.A finite element model of the stator bushing of the PDM (Positive Displacement Motor) was established,and the variation law of the displacement of the stator cavity under different well depths was analyzed.The results show that compared with the MooneyRivlin model,the Yeoh model can more accurately reflect the mechanical properties of hydrogenated nitrile rubber.The displacement of the stator cavity without considering aging is larger than that of considering aging,and the difference is increased with the rising of temperature.Therefore,the influence of aging should be considered in the simulation analysis.The displacement amplitude of the stator with constant wall thickness at different depths is much smaller than that of the conventional stator.Therefore,the stator with constant wall thickness can meet the sealing requirements with less interference,which can reduce the wear of the stator bushing and improve the singlestage bearing capacity.
