    摘要:

    设计一种适合于各种性质流体的颗粒污染度检测的介质恒压堵塞型油污检测仪。阐述介质恒压堵塞型油液污染检测的原理,提出介质恒压堵塞型油污检测仪的总体设计方案;介绍污染监测仪的工作原理,对油液污染检测仪的主要机械结构进行设计,包括取样及恒压实现装置、换缸测试装置及反冲洗装置,其中对测试缸进行了创新设计,通过自动切换大小缸,使测试范围变宽、测试结果更准确;基于滤膜过滤基本方程建立恒压下滤膜的流量衰减模型,利用该模型可以定量检测油液的污染度。

    Abstract:

    A medium constant pressure plugging type oil stain detector was designed,which is suitable for particle contamination detection of fluids of various properties.The principle of medium constant pressure plugging type oil pollution detection was introduced,and the overall design scheme of medium constant pressure plugging type oil pollution detector was put forward.The working principle of pollution monitor was introduced,and the main mechanical structure of oil pollution detector was designed,including sampling and constant pressure realization device,cylinder change test device and backwash device.The test cylinder was creatively designed,the test range was widened and the test result is more accurate by automatically switching the size cylinder.Based on the basic equation of membrane filtration,the flow attenuation model of the membrane under constant pressure was established.The model can quantitatively detect the pollution degree of the oil.
