    摘要:

    针对天然气井井口采气树大四通上下法兰、双公短节、表套技套环空等部位存在的漏气隐患,考虑井口漏气部位结构特点,结合外部带压堵漏技术原理,提出了有针对性的渗漏部位整改治理措施。通过优化堵漏卡具结构、选择合适的密封脂,制定合理的带压堵漏施工工艺;通过室内模拟试验,对该工艺进行改进和可靠性验证。采用带压堵漏技术对井口漏气部位进行堵漏治理。应用结果表明:该带压堵漏技术能够成功封堵天然气渗漏,消除气井安全隐患,具有施工周期短、安全环保、不污染地层等优点,为气井安全生产提供了有力的保障。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the problem of leakage on Xmas tree in natural gasfield,combining with the structural characteristics of Xmas tree and the working principle of leak sealing technology under pressure,corresponding measures to control the leakage parts were put forward.Through optimizing the structure of plugging fixture and choosing suitable sealing grease,a reasonable leak sealing technology under pressure was developed.And the technology was improved and its reliability was verified through a large number of simulation experiments.The application results show that the technology of leak sealing under pressure can successfully plug natural gas leakage and eliminate potential safety hazards of gas wells.It has the advantages of short construction period,safety,and environmental protection,and it is a new method for safe production of gas well.
