Abstract:The reliability and evaluation method of the rubber seal were discussed,and the finite element model of the packer rubber was established by using the ABAQUS analysis software.The influence of the temperature change(from 25 ℃ to 100 ℃)on the sealing reliability,elastic deformation reliability and fatigue damage reliability,and the influence of the temperature change and torsion load on the fatigue damage reliability of rubber were analyzed at the working load of 5815 MPa.The results show that when the axial load is constant,with the increase of temperature,the sealing reliability of the rubber,the compression set rate and the rebound limit and the lifetime of the rubber are increased.The sealing performance coefficient reaches 2 2978 MPa·mm,the rebound limit reaches 2727 mm and the lifetime of the rubber reaches about 67 days at 100 ℃.With the increase of temperature,the fatigue position of the rubber shifts from the bottom to the top.The torsion load will reduce the lifetime of the rubber,and the lifetime of the rubber has a more obvious decrease under lower temperature and greater the torsion.
