To optimize the selection of the packer matching Oring compression ratio,the design standards of Oring at home and abroad were compared,and a kind of Oring was tested including friction,liquid tightness and air tightness and simulated by finite element under different working conditions.Based on the test result and finite element simulation result,the referenced compression rate of Oring of the packer is adjusted to from 10% to 13% under the seal requirement of 35 MPa.The design value is less than the international standard value.Under the condition of satisfying the allowable load of operating conditions,the friction force is decreased by about 478%,which is effective to solve the coordination problem between Oring sealing performance and friction.
