    摘要:

    建立单点系泊系统液滑环蓄能弹簧密封圈的二维轴对称模型,分析U形弹簧对系统密封性能的补偿能力;基于正交试验法对不同尺寸弹簧蓄能密封圈进行仿真模拟,分析各参数对密封区域接触压力的影响;以峰值接触应力和线接触压力为密封性能的评价指标,唇口直径、唇长、唇厚以及被压环厚度为主要参数,分析各结构参数对密封性能的影响程度,并得到最优的模型尺寸参数。结果表明:内嵌蓄能弹簧可显著提升密封接触压力,使密封圈密封性能更优;随着唇口直径、唇厚增大,峰值接触压力和线接触压力均是先增大后减小,随着唇长增大,峰值接触压力和线接触压力先缓慢增大后快速增大,而随着被压环厚增大,峰值接触压力和线接触压力先快速减小后缓慢减小;唇厚对峰值接触的影响最大,然后依次为唇口直径、唇长、被压环厚,而唇长对线接触压力的影响最大,然后依次为唇口直径、唇厚、被压环厚。

    Abstract:

    The twodimension axisymmetric model of spring energized seal ring for liquid swivel of single point mooring system was established to analyze the compensation ability of Ushaped spring to system seal performance.Based on the orthogonal test method,the different sizes of spring energized seal ring were simulated to analyze the influence of each parameter on the contact pressure in the sealing area.Taking peak contact stress and linear contact pressure as the evaluation indexes of sealing performance,and the lip diameter,lip length,lip thickness and the thickness of pressed ring as the main parameters,the influence of various structural parameters on sealing performance was analyzed,and the optimal model size parameters were obtained.The results show that the embedded energy storage spring can significantly increase the contact pressure of the sealing ring and make the sealing performance better.With the increase of lip diameter and lip thickness,the peak contact pressure and line contact pressure are first increased and then decreased.With the increase of lip length,the peak contact pressure and line contact pressure are first slowly increased and then rapidly increased.Lip thickness has the greatest influence on peak contact pressure,followed by lip diameter,lip length and the thickness of pressed ring,while lip length has the greatest influence on line contact pressure,followed by lip diameter,lip thickness and the thickness of pressed ring.
