With three antirust agents,barium petroleum sulfonate,lanolin magnesium soap,benzotriazole and PAO8 base oil as research objects,the antirust lubricants containing single antirust agent and composite antirust agent were prepared by mixing method of magnetic stirring and ultrasound.The hightemperature corrosion inhibition and anticorrosion performances of each antirust lubricant were studied by copper strip corrosion experiments and salt spray experiments,and the corrosion copper and iron sheets were analyzed by metallography and electron microscope.The results show that the hightemperature corrosion inhibition time of the antirust lubricants with optimal addition amount of benzotriazole,barium petroleum sulfonate and lanolin magnesium soap is more than 24,48 and 180 h,respectively,and the initial corrosion time is 1,1 and 11 h,respectively.Among the three antirust agents,magnesium lanolin soap has the best corrosion inhibition performance,barium petroleum sulfonate has the best anticorrosion performance performance,benzotriazole can obviously delay the corrosion rate in the composite antirust agent.When the mass fraction of barium petroleum sulfonate,lanolin magnesium soap and benzotriazole are 10%,5% and 01%,respectively,the hightemperature corrosion inhibition time of the prepared antirust lubricant is more than 720 h,the initial corrosion time is 35 h.The composite antirust agent composed of the three antirust agents can form a good physical and chemical multi molecular layer adsorption film on the metal surface,which has a good synergistic effect on hightemperature corrosion inhibition and anticorrosion performances.
