Abstract:With three antirust agents,barium petroleum sulfonate,lanolin magnesium soap,benzotriazole and PAO8 base oil as research objects,the antirust lubricants containing single antirust agent and composite antirust agent were prepared by mixing method of magnetic stirring and ultrasound.The hightemperature corrosion inhibition and anticorrosion performances of each antirust lubricant were studied by copper strip corrosion experiments and salt spray experiments,and the corrosion copper and iron sheets were analyzed by metallography and electron microscope.The results show that the hightemperature corrosion inhibition time of the antirust lubricants with optimal addition amount of benzotriazole,barium petroleum sulfonate and lanolin magnesium soap is more than 24,48 and 180 h,respectively,and the initial corrosion time is 1,1 and 11 h,respectively.Among the three antirust agents,magnesium lanolin soap has the best corrosion inhibition performance,barium petroleum sulfonate has the best anticorrosion performance performance,benzotriazole can obviously delay the corrosion rate in the composite antirust agent.When the mass fraction of barium petroleum sulfonate,lanolin magnesium soap and benzotriazole are 10%,5% and 01%,respectively,the hightemperature corrosion inhibition time of the prepared antirust lubricant is more than 720 h,the initial corrosion time is 35 h.The composite antirust agent composed of the three antirust agents can form a good physical and chemical multi molecular layer adsorption film on the metal surface,which has a good synergistic effect on hightemperature corrosion inhibition and anticorrosion performances.
