    摘要:

    为获得最优的表面织构分布参数,以球冠凹坑织构模型为研究对象,选择不等边的矩形计算控制单元,建立水平和垂直分布距离(密度)不等的表面织构分布模型。根据流体动压润滑原理,基于Navier-Stokes方程建立二维Reynolds方程,并通过多重网格方法进行求解,以平均油膜压力和油膜压力峰值作为动压润滑性能的评价指标,研究表面织构分布间距对油膜压力数值大小和油膜压力稳定性的影响,并研究表面织构分布间距对油膜压力的影响机制。结果表明:控制区域平均油膜压力随凹坑控制单元边长的增大先逐渐增大再缓慢减小,当织构单元边长为凹坑半径的3.4倍,长宽比为0.82时,可以获得最优的油膜承载力;适当增大边界凹坑的控制单元,使边界处凹坑左右侧间距都在凹坑半径的3.4倍左右时,可以有效地提升油膜压力稳定性;泵吸作用和影响区域占控制区域比率的变化导致表面织构分布间距对油膜压力产生了影响。

    Abstract:

    In order to obtain the optimal surface texture distribution parameters,taking the spherical crown pit texture model as the research object,and selecting the unequal rectangular control unit,the surface texture distribution model with different horizontal and vertical distribution distances (densities) was established.According to the principle of fluid dynamic pressure lubrication,the twodimensional Reynolds equation was established based on the Navier-Stokes equation and solved by the multigrid method.Taking the average oil film pressure and oil film pressure peak as the evaluation indexes of dynamic pressure lubrication performance,the effects of the surface texture distribution interval on the oil film pressure value and the oil film pressure stability were studied,and the mechanism of the influence of the surface texture distribution interval on the oil film pressure was studied.The results show that the average oil film pressure in the control area is increased gradually and then decreased slowly with the increase of the side length of the pit control unit.When the side length of the textured unit is 3.4 times of the pit radius and the aspect ratio is 0.82,the optimal oil film bearing capacity can be obtained.The stability of oil film pressure can be effectively improved when the control unit of the boundary pit is properly increased to make the distance between the left and right sides of the pit at the boundary be about 3.4 times of the radius of the pit.The variation of the pumping action and the ratio of the affected area to the controlled area results in the influence of the spacing of the surface texture distribution on the oil film pressure.
