    摘要:

    针对航空发动机附件机匣传动轴端机械密封易提早失效的问题,提出在其端面开设激光脸槽型的改进方法,采用试验手段研究在喷油润滑条件下,激光脸机械密封的摩擦磨损特性、热特性及泄漏情况。自主设计可模拟喷油润滑工况的机械密封试验工装,定制可进行润滑油加热的集成型液压站作为辅助系统,分别进行变工况运转试验和长时稳态工况试验。结果表明:在变工况以及稳态工况运转条件下运转后动、静环端面均无明显磨损;在介质温度较为稳定的情况下,动环和轴套温度均能保持稳定;在整个试验过程中,机械密封均无泄漏发生,表明激光脸机械密封在喷油润滑工况下具备良好的热特性和密封效果。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the problem of early failure of the shaft-end mechanical face seals in the accessory gearbox of aero-engines,an improved method of configuring the laser-face grooves on the seal face was proposed,and experimental methods were utilized to study the friction and wear characteristics,the thermal characteristics and the leakage features of the seal under the condition of oil-injected lubrication.The test assembly that simulates the oil-injected condition was designed,and the integrated hydraulic station capable of heating the oil was customized.Tests under variable operating conditions and long-term steady-state operating conditions were carried out.The results show that there is no obvious wear on the seal faces of the moving and static rings after operation under variable and steady working conditions.When the medium temperature is relatively stable,the temperature of the moving ring and the shaft sleeve can remain stable.During the whole test,the mechanical seal has no leakage,indicating that the laser-face mechanical seal has good thermal characteristics and sealing effect under the condition of oil-injected lubrication.
