    摘要:

    浮动环密封瓦是氢冷汽轮发电机的轴端关键密封件,提高其浮动性可有效降低耗氢量和提高发电机运行可靠性。综述氢冷发电机轴端密封发展历程中的3种典型产品:盘式密封瓦、环式密封瓦和以分段碳环密封为代表的先进浮动环式密封,简述各种浮动环密封瓦的结构特点和工作原理,分析密封瓦浮动性和氢气耗量的关键影响因素,重点探讨围绕以降低耗氢量、提高浮动性为目标的各类密封瓦结构和密封油系统创新设计方案及适用条件,为氢冷汽轮发电机轴端密封的技术研究和工程应用提供参考。

    Abstract:

    The floating sealing ring is the key shaft seal of the hydrogen-cooled turbogenerator,and improving its floatability can effectively reduce the hydrogen consumption and improve the operating reliability of the generator.Three typical products in the development process of shaft end seal of hydrogen cooled generator were reviewed,the disc sealing ring,the circumferential sealing ring and advanced floating sealing ring,such as segmented carbon sealing ring.The structural characteristics and working principles of various floating sealing rings were briefly described.The key influencing factors on the floatability of sealing ring and hydrogen consumption were analyzed.The innovative design scheme and applicable conditions of various sealing ring structures and seal oil system aiming at improving the floatability and reducing the hydrogen consumption were emphatically discussed,it provided reference for the technical research and engineering application of hydrogen cooled turbine generator shaft end seal.
