Abstract:In order to improve the tightness of the spherical camera,the optimization design method was presented,mainly including the seal line,the stress uniformity and compression way.The reasons of fogging inside of the camera were analyzed according to the air circulation way inside of the camera and air humidity,and the solution methods were provided.The effects of seal and anti fogging were verified by reliability experiments.The results reveal that the housing protection grade of the optimized product achieves to IP67,and the product can be installed upside down.The condensation and fogging phenomenon inside of the camera is avoided.
