桌面四球摩擦磨损试验机的研制

    摘要:

    针对四球摩擦磨损试验机存在的机身巨大、笨重且价格昂贵等缺点,对其进行结构优化,研制一种桌面四球摩擦磨损试验机,尺寸为540 mm×360 mm×800 mm,质量为150 kg左右,较国产微机控制四球摩擦磨损试验机尺寸和质量分别减小了约50%和75%;在同等尺寸机身和精度情况下,突破加载力值至10 kN;基于LabVIEW的测控软件实现对伺服电机的控制和数据的自动实时采集、处理、分析、显示、存储和生存报告。试验结果表明,该试验机的精密度高,能有效模拟实际工况摩擦磨损过程。

    Abstract:

    A desktop four ball friction and wear tester was developed by optimizing the structure of four ball friction and wear tester, because of its large and bulky body and expensive cost. The size of the desktop four ball friction and wear tester is 540 mm×360 mm×800 mm, and the weight is 150 kg, they are reduced by about 50% and 75% separately compared with the size and weight of domestic computer control of four ball friction and wear tester. Under the condition of equal size fuselage and accuracy, the load force is break through to 10kN. Based on the measurement and control software of LabVIEW, the servo motor control and real time data collecting, processing, analysis, display, store and report generating are realized. The tests show that the tester has high degree of precision, and it can effectively simulate the friction and wear process in the actual working condition.
