SK型静态混合器固体颗粒冲蚀磨损分析

    摘要:

    为研究SK型静态混合器内固体颗粒对混合元件的冲蚀程度,采用固-液两相流及计算流体力学方法(CFD),建立冲蚀及流场模型,运用Ansys Workbench中的流体动力学模块,对SK型静态混合器内的颗粒运动轨迹和颗粒对静止元件的冲蚀情况进行分析。结果表明:颗粒对静止元件的冲蚀主要发生在元件的螺旋边缘处,在总元件的3/5个处达到最大,且靠近入口和中间段的元件冲蚀量也较大;除冲击角度外,颗粒平均直径和平均冲蚀速度对冲蚀的作用最为关键,当颗粒粒径、速度和体积分数达到某一组合时产生的冲蚀现象最严重;冲蚀现象是固体颗粒的物理属性和流场特性的综合作用结果。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the erosion extent of mixing element caused by solid particle in SK-static mixer,the erosion and flow field model was established by using solid-liquid two-phase flow and computational fluid dynamic method.Particle track and erosion on the static element caused by particle in the SK-static mixer were analyzed through fluid dynamic module in Ansys Workbench.The results show that erosion caused by particle mainly occurs at the helix edges of the elements,and the erosion rate density reaches the maximum at the three fifth of total element.Erosion rate density is also serious near the inlet and middle part of total elements.Averaged particle diameter and particle speed are the key factors influencing the erosion process apart from impact angle.The erosion is more serious with certain combination of particle diameter,impact velocity and volume fraction.The phenomenon of particle erosion is the result of comprehensive effecting of particle physical property and flow field features.
