    摘要:

    研究液滴与固体基体疏水表面的接触铺展特性。采用定量注射的方法,使液滴从固定高度落下撞击钛合金基底表面,研究液滴撞击疏水表面并铺展的过程,通过CCD和接触角测量仪观察、记录液滴与基底表面接触直径、接触角等参数的变化。结果表明:液滴与基底表面的接触分为撞击和扩散2个阶段;撞击过程中,液滴的体积越大,其与基底表面接触的平均速率越快;扩散过程中,液滴体积和表面张力的减小均可增加其与基底表面接触的速率,但表面张力对接触速率的影响随着表面疏水性的增强而减小。

    Abstract:

    The contacting and spreading characteristics of droplet on hydrophobic solid surface were studied.The impact and spreading process of droplet on the hydrophobic surface was studied by using the injection method to make droplet falling from the same height,and impacting and diffused on the Titanium alloy surface.Contact diameter and contact angle between droplet and surface were measured with high speed camera and contact angle measuring instrument.The result indicates that the contact between droplet and substrate surface includes impacting process and diffusion process.During impacting process on hydrophobic surface,a larger volume drop will get a faster average contacting speed on the substrate surface.Smaller volume and surface tension of droplet will enhance the contacting speed of droplet on the substrate surface in diffusion process.However,the effect of surface tension on contacting characteristics becomes weak as the increasing of hydrophobicity of the surface.
