    摘要:

    针对基于滤膜堵塞检测法的污染检测仪存在的测试范围不够宽、集成度不高、自动化程度低等问题,利用计算机及机电一体化技术,设计一种基于滤膜堵塞原理的在线油液污染度检测系统。该系统包含负压取样、恒压测试、滤膜反冲洗、PLC控制及ARM处理器等装置,能够实现在线自动取样和检测,且检测结果具有较好的可靠性。

    Abstract:

    The oil contamination detecting instruments based the method of filter blocking have lots of faults,such as narrow test range,low integration,low intelligence and so on.In view of above problems,the online oil contamination detecting system was designed based on filter blocking with the application of computer and mechanical and electrical integration.The system consists of following devices,the sampling device with negative pressure,test device with constant pressure,filter backwashing device,PLC and ARM processor.The system can realize the following functions:online automatic sampling,automatic detection,and the test results are reliable.
