Abstract:Infrared spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy were used to analyze the oxidation resistance and hightemperature tribological properties of TMPTO ester base oils with different antioxidants (aromatic amine,phenolic antioxidant additives and ZDDP),in the high temperature reciprocating friction conditions.Results show that the -OH peak transmittance in the high wave area is decreased,and the Raman intensity of =CH and C=C is obviously attenuated after hightemperature test,indicating that the =CH and C=C in the oil molecules are oxidized.And at hightemperature test,phenolic antioxidant increases the degree of oxidation of C=C and =CH,while amine antioxidant and the compound of amine and phenolic antioxidants can slightly reduce the degree of oxidation of the ester base oils.ZDDP can significantly reduce the oxidation of C=C,but it has poor effect on the oxidation resistance of =CH.The combination of ZDDP with amine and phenolic antioxidants has excellent oxidation resistance.Amine antioxidant and phenolic antioxidant have little effect on the friction coefficient and wear,ZDDP and the compound of amine and phenolic antioxidants have good antiwear and friction reducing properties,while the combination of ZDDP with amine and phenolic antioxidants has excellent antiwear and friction reducing properties at high temperature.
