    摘要:

    水润滑尾轴承材料对其摩擦磨损性能有着较大影响,为合理选取制作轴承的材料,选择3种目前业界较为常用的水润滑轴承材料:超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)、聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、丁腈橡胶(NBR),使用CBZ-1船舶轴系摩擦磨损试验机对其在2种常见摩擦速度、不同程度比压下的摩擦磨损性能进行研究,并通过表面形貌分析比较其磨损机制。结果表明:低转速工况下UHMWPE与PTFE的水润滑性能近似,略高于NBR;高转速工况下UHMWPE的水润滑性能高于PTFE和NBR,但NBR的工作稳定性优于UHMWPE和PTFE。

    Abstract:

    The material of water lubricated bearings has a great effect on its friction and wear properties.In order to select the bearing material reasonably,three common materials of water lubricated bearing,ultra high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE),polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) and nitrile butadiene rubber(NBR),were selected,and their friction and wear properties as water lubricated stern bearing were tested on CBZ1 friction wear testing machine of ship shafting under different speeds and pressure.The configuration of surfaces of the specimens was tested to analyze the wear mechanism.The results show that under lower speed condition,the water lubrication properties of UHMWPE and PTFE are similar to each other and better than that of NBR.Under high speed condition,the tribological properties of UHMWPE are better than that of PTFE and NBR.However,the working stability of NBR is better than that of UHMWPE and PTFE.
