    提出一种单连续狭缝气体静压止推轴承,应用Gambit软件建立轴承三维气膜模型,并利用Fluent软件对模型进行仿真求解,研究狭缝位置、狭缝深度和狭缝宽度对轴承的承载力、刚度、耗气量等静态特性的影响。结果表明:随着狭缝所在圆半径的增大,耗气量增加,承载力和刚度均先增大后减小;随着狭缝宽度的增大,承载力逐渐增大并趋于平缓,刚度和耗气量先增大后减小;随着狭缝深度的增加,承载力和耗气量呈线性减小,刚度则先增大后减少。因此,选择合适的狭缝结构参数可以提高轴承的静态特性。基于仿真结果,设计并制造一种组合式单连续狭缝气体静压止推轴承,在气体轴承试验台上测试其在不同供气压力下、不同气膜厚度下的承载力。结果表明:轴承承载力随着气膜厚度的增大而减小,随供气压力的增大而增大。设计的连续狭缝气体静压止推轴承可以满足精度要求,其试验结果与仿真结果具有较好的一致性。

    Abstract:

    A kind of aerostatic thrust bearing with a single continuous slotrestrictor was studied.The threedimensional gas film model of the bearing was built by Gambit software,and the simulations were carried out with the Fluent software to study the effects of the slot location,slot depth,slot width on the static characteristics of the bearing.The results show that with the increasing of slit in circle radius,the gas consumption is increased,and the bearing capacity and stiffness are fist increased and then decreased.With the increasing of slot width,the bearing capacity is increased gradually and then tends to be stable,and the stiffness and gas consumption are fist increased and then decreased.With the increasing of slot depth,the bearing capacity and gas consumption are decreased linearly,and the stiffness is fist increased and then decreased.Therefore,the static characteristics of the bearing can be improved when choosing the appropriate parameters of the bearing.Based on the simulation results,an aerostatic thrust bearing with a single continuous slotrestrictor was designed and manufactured,the bearing capacity with the variation of the gas film thickness and the gas supply pressure was tested on the gas bearing experimental platform.The results show that the bearing capacity is decreased with the increasing of the gas film thickness,and increased with the increasing of the gas supply pressure.The aerostatic thrust bearing with a single continuous slotrestrictor can meet the requirement of precision,and the experimental results are in good agreement with the simulation results.
