Abstract:When fitting the coefficients of Rhee wear formula according to the friction test data,the effect of extruded deformation on the contact area of the specimen was not considered,thus affecting the accuracy of the simulation results.The friction and wear test of filled PTFE material was carried out on the highspeed ring block friction wear tester.By assuming that the wear width measured in the test is two ends of the arc of the contact area,the contact stress was estimated by calculating the average wear area,and the wear formula was fitted.The wear calculation was carried out by using the Python language to edit the Abaqus script file.The calculation results of wear are in good agreement with the experimental results,which shows that this method can be used to predict the wear regularity of the experimental materials and can provide guidance for the design of the corresponding sealing structure.
